Smith for the sum of Twenty five dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath this day sold unto Wilborn Jinks a certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the State of Georgia, formerly Muscogee now Talbot County, known as Lot No 100 in the 15th District containing 202 1/2 acres more or less the said Jinks to have and to hold the said lands and premises and the said Smith does warrant and defent unto the said Jinks his heirs and assigns the above described lands forever against the claims of himself and against the claims of all other persons in fee simple given under my hand and seal day and date above written. John T. Smith (seal) Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of Willis Jinks J.W. Echols Georgia Taylor County Before me John Sturdivant, a Justice of Peace in and for said County personally came Willis Jinks and after being duly sworn sayeth that he saw John T. Smith execute the above deed for the above contents and purposes and that he saw J.W. Echols subscribe the same as a witness and he the said Willis Jinks subscribed the same also.
