This indenture made this the fifth day of May
in the year of our Lord 1848 between Daniel B. Jones
county and state above said of the first part and
Wilborn Jinks same county and state of the other
part.

Witnesseth that the said Daniel B. Jones for and in
consideration of the sum of fifteen dollars
($15) to him in hand paid at and before the sealing
and delivering of these presents the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained
and sold and do by these presents grant, bargain and
sell unto the said Wilborn his heirs and
assigns all the lot of land lying and being
in the 15th District of originally Muscogee now
Talbot County, containing two hundred two and a half 
acres more or less known by the number 93
to have and to hold said lots or
parcel of land unto him the said Wilborn, his
heirs, executors, & administrators and assigns
together with all the singular, rights, members and
appurtenances to him and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee simple, and the
said Daniel B. Jones for himself  his heirs,
executors, & administrators and assigns will warrant
and forever defend the right and title thereof
against him and themselves and against the claim of
all and any other person or person whatsoever.

In witness whereof the said Daniel B. Jones hath
hereunto set his hand and seal this day and year
first written.
