Mullins of the County of Taylor, and Benjamin P. Goodyear of the same place of the second part. Witnesseth the said P.J. Mullins for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty dollars to him in hand paid by the said Benjamin P. Goodyear, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these present, give, grant, bargained, sell and convey unto the said Benjamin P. Goodyear, his heirs and assigns, a certain Lot or parcel of Land, five acres, more or less in the Southeast part of No. not known, by South by G.G. Potter & Co.; East by Timothy Goodyear, West by the Road leading from Potters Factory to Reynolds by G.W. Parks in the Thirteenth District now Taylor County, in said County and State, together with all the privileges thereto in anywise appertaining; to have and to hold the above granted premises to the said Benjamin Goodyear, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple: and the said P.J. Mullins will and his heirs, executors and administrators shall defend the title of said Land to the said Benjamin P. Goodyear, his heirs, executors and administrators forever warrant and defend against the lawful demands of all persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said P.J.
