Taylor County State of Georgia
This indenture made thirtieth day of January in the year of our lord one hundred
fifty four and the one thousand seventy eighth year of the Independence of the
United States of American between EZEKIEL ROYAL of the county and State aforesaid of
the one part and DANIEL ROYAL of the county and state aforesaid of the other part.

Witnesseth that the said Ezekiel Royal for and in considerations of the sum of
nineteen hundred dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed and confirmed and by these present so gran,
bargain, sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Daniel Royal his heirs and
assigns all that Tract or parcel of land lying in the Town of Butler Taylor County
known as lots number Seven & Eight (7 & 8) on Block number Ten (10)      also lot
number Twelve (12) on block Six (6) as per plot of said town and described as
follows: fifty feet front and  one hundred and fifty feet back containing Seven
Thousand five hundred feet more or less to have and to hold said bargained premises
with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereto appertaining
together with all the household and kitchen furniture that is in the Hotel ______ on
the Lot No Sic (6) Block (12) Twelve also two buggies one wagon one horse and two
mules belonging to the stables situated on lots number Seven and Eight (7 & 8) on
Block Ten (10) to the only proper use benefit and behoof of the said Daniel Royal
his heirs Executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and the said Ezekiel
Royal the said bargained premises unto the said Daniel Royal his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns against the said Ezekiel Royal his Heirs, executors
administrators and against all and every other person or person shall and will
warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.

In witness whereof the said Ezekiel Royal have hereunto set his hands and affixed
his seal and delivered these presents the day and year first above written.
