13th District - Land Lot  244 and 245 (partial)
This indenture made and entered into this Sept 28, 1864
between Green Huff  of the state and county aforesaid of
the one part and J.J. RUFFIN of the same place of the
other part witnesseth that the said Green Huff for an in
consideration of the sum of Three Thousand Five hundred
dollars ($3,500) to him in hand piad at and before the
sealing and delivery of these present, the receipt
whereof do hereby acknowledged hath granted, sold and
conveyed unto the said J.J. Ruffin all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the Thirteenth (13th)
District of originally Muscogee now Taylor County it
being thirty (30) acres of Lot of land #244 adjoining
E.B. WATERS and DANIEL MILLER and 100 acres more or lest
west half of lot No 245 adjoining the above described
land making in all one hundred thirty acres more or less
to have and to hold the above bargained premises
together with all the rights, members and appurtenance
thereunto belonging forever in Fee Simple and the said
Green Huff will forever warrant and defend the right nad
title against the claims of himself and all other
persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof I have hereto
set my hand and seal the day and date above written.
