Written: 1905

This indenture made the 29th day of Sept in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Five between   E.J. Salter County of Sumter Georgia, to G.T.
Ruffin for sum of $60.

His one fifteenth interest in the following lands of the estate of J.J. Ruffin,
his grandfather, deceased and one of the three heirs of the estate of his
mother, Lucinda Salter, deceased, a daughter of the said J.J. Ruffin and one of
5 heirs to the estate of the said J.J. Ruffin to wit:

Town Lots Number ten (10); eleven (11), and twelve (12) in Block Number 12 (12)
in the town of Reynolds, state of Georgia, county of Taylor. Said lots having
each a frontage of 53 feet on Crawford Street and running back one hundred and
fifty feet west to alley in rear said lots together with all improvements
thereon. Said lot and block numbers given according to the original survey of
said town of Reynolds.
