Turner of the County of Taylor and State of Georgia of the first part and Perry Watson and John L. Watson of the County of Taylor and State of Georgia of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these present the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, alien, conveyed and confirmed and by these present do grant, bargain, sell, alien, and convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, their heirs and assigns all the following described property to wit: Ten acres of Lot of Land in the South East Corner of the Lot of Land No. (287) Two Hundred & Eighty Seven, in the 11th District of originally Muscogee now Taylor County commencing at the corner running west Eight & a half chains (?) 8 ½. Thence due north 12 Twelve chains (?) thence due East 8 1/2 Eight and a half chains (?) to the ? at line and corner post containing ten acres. To have and to hold the said above granted and described property with all and singular the rights members and appartenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use benefits and behoof of the said party of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple and the said part of the first part the said bargained property above described unto the said party of the second party, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns against the said part of the first part, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and against all and every other person or persons shall and will and due hereby warrant and forever defend by virtue of these present. In witness whereof the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal and delivered these present the day and year first above written. J.S.
