Application for Homestead The petition of James White of said county respectfully shows that he is the head of a family consisting of himself, his wife Rebecca White and two minor children to wit- Lizzie Lemona aged seventeen years and Charles Oscar White aged twelve years. Petitioner further shows that he desires and begs your honor to set apart to himself the homestead of realty and ? allowed him for the use and benefit of said family by the Constitution and Laws of said state not to amount in the aggregate more than sixteen hundred dollars, the same to be forever exempt from levy and sale under any process whatever as prescribed by the constitution and laws of said state.
