H.S.Taylor & Co. Lumber
Ideal,Georgia
September 18th, 1925

This agreement this the 18th day of Sept. 1925 between
Z.W. Wilcher of the first part and H.S. Taylor & Co. of
the second part witnesseth that party of the first part
for and in consideration of Eight Hundred Dollars cash
and One Note for $400.00 due November 18th, 1925. Sells
and conveys all and singular the timber on the following
lands. 150 acres on lot #158, also 50 acres Southwest
corner Lot #159 and 55 acres on Lot 159 North of Public
Road, said lands being in Taylor County, GA. Party of the
first part warrants title to said timber to party of the
second part their heirs and assigns. Party of the second
part to have five years from date of this contract in
which to remove said timber and is to have free and
undisturbed use of said lands for timber purposes during
such time. If timber is removed sooner party of first
agrees to return lease to party of first part. Party of
the second agrees to protect party of the first part
against damage to fences etc. not necessary to removal of
said timber.
