This Indenture made this 4th day of April 1864 between E.H. Worrill, of the one part and John Anthony of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Worrill for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said Anthony, at and before the sealing and delivery of these present hath granted, bargained, and sold and by these present doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Anthony, Lot of Land number Seventy One in the Fourteenth District in said County, to have and to hold unto him the said Anthony forever. The rights and title of which said Lot of Land unto him the said Anthony the said Worrill will forever warrant and defend against the claim of any or all persons whatsoever.

In testimony whereof the said Worrill hath hereto set his hand and seal the day above written.
