McGee (my son), hereby referred to as transferee-asignee, One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00) in the following manner (State all considerations) for love and affection and supoprt in my old age, in condsideration for which I hereby transfer and assign to transferee- assignee all my rights and interest in the pension balance of Ine Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($175.00) due, appropriated and unpaid to me for the years 1930 and 1931, allowed me by the State of Georgia; and hereby nominate , appoint and authorize said transferee-assignee to collect and receipt the same, in my name, on the pay rolls of said County, when it is paid by the State Mrs. Sallie McGee, L.S. Signed, sealed and delivered, in triplicate, with my approval, the day and year aforesaid, it appearing from the statement of the pensioner, that this transfer is executed for relief of urgent obligations.
