K. 12th Ga. Inf., is somewhat different from others I have seen as it is entirely written in long hand with out the use of printed forms. There are no questions in the "Questions for applicant," only answers. This would lead one to conclude that perhaps there was a shortage of the necessary forms at that time when the application was filed. I believe this to be the father of Camilla Floyd, fourth wife of Hamilton Henry Hill, and I would welcome any information on this Floyd family.
