Enclose you will find application for funearl expense for  J.C. Parker, who 
died this morning, you may strike his name from the roll for the 3rd quarter, 
which has already been furnished that office.

I am asking that you furnish me some Application Blanks for funeral expenses, 
as this is the last one I have.
