Barrow about 2 o'clock Sunday morning by night officer Mr. J.C. Wilson. Mr. Wilson in passing the store flashe his light on the negro who was inside the store and immediately shot through the glass door. The negro shouted at the officer not to shoot him and Mr. Wilson recognized him. The officer dashed into the store after the negro who made his escape through a back window and was caught a short time later at his home. A search of his person revealed a number of articles identified by Mr. Barrow as property missing from his store. Mr. Barrow's store has been robbed five times in the past several years. The filling station of Saunders and Winfham was entered and the cash register taken outside and robbed a few nights ago which makes twice his place of business has been robbed.
