Wildcat Weighing 21 Pounds Killed Saturday

Clifton Hill, a colored farmer living on Mr. W.T. England’s place near Howard,
was successful last Saturday afternoon last in killing one of the largest
wildcats that has been known to inhabit the woods of this section in a long
while.  The animal being weighed is said to have tipped the scale at twenty-one
pounds.
