Mauk Gleanings

A crowd of about forty people consisting of children, grandchildren, brothers,
sisters, and a few friends gathered Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D.L.
Averett in the form of a family reunion.  At the hour of noon a sumptuous spread
was enjoyed in the grove near the home. All spent a very pleasant Easter and
departed in the afternoon wishing for many happy returns of the day and
extending congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Averett for the pleasure afforded each
one present.
