Municipal Election

The election for mayor and alderman passed off quietly last Saturday with the 
following result: For Mayor, J.W. McCrary; For Alderman, R. Montfort, D.A. 
Jones, A.D. Chapman, Dr. J.W. Hall and A.J. McGee.  They all are clever 
gentlemen who feel deeply interested in the welfare of the town and the success 
of the school.
