Residence Burned

At Howard on last Sunday night the residence for several years occupied by Dr. 
J.W. Hall, before he moved to Butler and owned by Mr. Freeman Mathews was 
discovered to be on fire and was not occupied.  The building had not been 
occupied in some time and it is evident that the work was incendiary.
