Beall, Administratrix of the estate of J.D. Beall, late of said Taylor County, Georgia, deceased, having applied to me for leave to sell lots of land numbers, 11,12,13, 14 and 15 in the Old Agency Reserve in said county and ----- acres of lot number ----- in the 14th district of said county; said land lying in one body and containing seven hundred forty-two and one half (742 ½) acres more or less for the purpose of division among the heirs of said estate. This is therefore to notify all parties concerned to file their objection, if any they have, on or before the first Monday in November, 1893, or leave will be granted as asked for. J.E. I will pass upon the same on the first Monday in December next at 10 o’clock a.m. at my office. All parties will file their objections if any they have before said day and hour.
