COLLEGE BURNED

From the Talbotton, Ga. Standard
On last Tuesday night about 12 o'clock, the Butler female college was burned.  
It was valued at $10,000, insurance $4,000. It is a sad loss to Butler and that 
section.  It was in a most flourishing condition with Prof. A.C. Flewellen, of 
Columbus, as president.
