He was 48 years old and leaves a wife and several children, besides many friends and relatives to mourn his departure. His remains were interred in the family lot at Geneva Thursday. He was a man of splendid character and numbered his friends by his acquaintances. He was honest and upright in all his dealings and the community has lost a valuable citizen. The sympathy of all their friends go out to the family in this sad bereavement.
