Columbus (Hand written date of 5/19/72) A 49-year-old Juniper man was pronounced dead on arrival at the Medical Center Friday morning after he was struck by a train in north Columbus. Donzell Bullock, Route 1, Juniper, was struck by a Central of Georgia train at 1 a.m. Friday. Police say the train struck Bullock after he was seated close to the tracks near the intersection with Whittlesy Road. Funeral services for Donzell Bullock will be held Sunday, 2 p.m. from the Brown’s Springs Church of God with the Rev. Gordon H. Stadium officiating. Internment will follow in the church cemetery. Active pallbearers will be J.D. Dukes, Jr., Roy Dukes, Roger Veal, Arthur J. Bullock, Foy Frost, Charles Smith. Honorary pallbearers will be L.F. Bell, Jimmy Starnes. Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Clyde Bullock, Columbus; four daughters, Mrs. Kay Renfroe, Fortson, Ga., Mrs. Barbara Richardson, Mrs. Lanelle Torres and Mrs. Carol Dempsey all of Columbus; a brother, J.F.
