Sallie E. Ellis meek and patient suffering
daughter of B.C. and M.J. Parham was
highly favored in having devoted Christian
parents, who heeded that divine command:

"Bring your children up in the nurture and
admonition of the Lord." She was received
into the fellowship ofMt. Carmel church
and was baptized by Elder W.C. Cleveland.
