Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Mt. Nebo Primitive Baptist Church in Charing, Ga., with burial in the Bloodsworth Cemetery, according to Edwards Funeral Home. Mrs. Elliston was born Dec 27,1888, in Taylor County, Ga., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Cochran. She was a member of Nebo Primitive Baptist Church, and was retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 32 years of service. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Earnest Cocker of Manchester, Ga., Mrs. Lenora Rustbin of Rupert, and Mrs. John Fowler of Brunswick, Ga.; five sisters, Mrs. Frank Callahan of Rupert, Mrs. Irma Locke of Butler, Mrs. Lura Mathews of Butler, Mary McCorkle of Butler, and Lorena Smith of Dobson, Ga.; six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. ======================== USGENWEB NOTICE: In keeping with our policy of providing free information on the Internet, data may be freely used by non-commercial entities, as long as this message remains on all copied material.
