W. Ingram Interred at Reynolds Tuesday Afternoon. Reynolds lost one of its most beloved women in the passing of Mrs. Julia Hodges Ingram, who passed to her Heavenly reward at an early hour Monday night. Mrs. Ingram, who was in the 83rd year of her age, was a life-long resident of Reynolds, daughter of the late Mrs. Henry H. and Mrs. Frances Moulton Hodges. She in early life married Mr. G. W. Ingram, who preceded her in death by several years. She was a consecrated Christian woman and prominent in religious work as long as her health permitted, being a member of the Reynolds Baptist church since early womanhood. Her only son, Rev. Wales B. Ingram, holds an important Baptist pastorate at Richmond, Va. Funeral services for Mrs. Ingram held at the Reynolds Baptist church Tuesday afternoon at four o'clock were conducted by her pastor, Rev. E. H. Dunn, assisted by Rev. J. D. Smith, pastor of the Reynolds Methodist church, followed by interment in the family lot, Hill Crest cemetery, Reynolds, with the following acting as pallbearers: Active, Messrs J. C. Newsom, H. C. Whatley, W. E. Marshall Sr., Frank Musselwhite, Dr. F. H. Sams and E. W. Hodges; honorary, Messrs Clay Whatley Jr., W. E. Marshall Jr., Clifton Marshall, Paul Poe, James Ricks, E. W. and E. P. Hodges, Pat and Billie Poe, Earl and Tommie Marshall. Surviving near relatives include the following: Four daughters, Mrs. J C. Newsome, Mrs. W. E. Marshall, Mrs. H. C. Whatley, Mrs. Frank Musselwhite; one son, Rev. Wales B. Ingram, Richmond, Va.; eleven grandchildren, W. E. Marshall Jr., Mrs. Paul Poe, Clifton Marshall, Mrs. Snowden Steel, Mrs. James Ricks, Mrs. Frank Sams, Mrs. E. M. Hester, Clay Whatley Jr., Wales Ingram Jr., Irbane Hilliard Ingram, George Ingram; seven great-grandchildren, Pat Poe, Billy Poe, Barbara Cherrie Poe, Earl Marshall, Tommie Marshall, Edith Steele and Frank Sams Jr. Funeral arrangements were in charge of Goddard's Funeral Home Reynolds.
