Mary Cochran McCorkle, 100, a lifetime resident of Taylor County, died
Wednesday, April 6, 2011.  Funeral services will be Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 2
p.m. at Mt. Nebo Primitive Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Bloodworth
Cemetery.   She was born January 26, 1911 and was the youngest of ten children
of Mary Elizabeth Daniel Cochran and William Thomas Cochran. She married Zack
Respess McCorkle November 30, 1930.  Mary had two daughters:  Betty McCorkle
Allen who married Edwin Allen and Barbara McCorkle Hartley who married John
