Orange Grove Items

It is with regret that we chronicle the passing away of Mrs. Bertie Hortman 
which sad event occurred August 18th.  She had been a great sufferer for many 
years but bore her suffering with patience and seemed reconciled to the will of 
a just and all wise God.  She was a consecrated Christian; as a mother she was 
kind and loving, ever considerate of the welfare of others.  The remains were 
interred in Midway cemetery, Rev. Mr. Peed conducting the burial service.  We 
extend our sincere sympathy to the bereaved ones.
