In Memoriam Of

Hazel Mohea Lawhorn, born Sept. 30th 1911, departed from this world Nov. 13th 
1912.  Just a little while she was with us but none can know how very much good 
she has done.  The lasting influence of her sweet purity must, like all good 
endure forever.

Her little lispings were so sweet,
Surely the angels must rejoice,
When around the throne of God
They listen to her baby voice.

Cheered by her purity, rejoicing in her love.
A joyous path together we have trod
We know she is rejoicing today
Safe in the loving arms of God.

We will never cease to miss our baby,
Her place in our hearts no other can fill.
But loving and trusting our all to our Father,
In patient submission we bow to His will.
