Adams at the State Sanitarium at Milledgeville after a short illness. It was a great shock to his many friends here, he being a former resident of this place. He was a faithful member of the Primitive Baptist Church at Shiloh for a number of years. He was a Confederate veteran in his seventy-eighth year of age. A truer friend, or better neighbor no community ever had than Mr. Adams. Left a place vacant in that home that never can be filled. We would not if we could call him back we had rather trust in Jesus, follow his precepts and examples and some day be reunited with him on the other shore. He is survived by his wife, four sons and four daughters. His remains were laid to rest in the family lot of Howard cemetery Sunday afternoon. Sunday services were conducted by Elder Hunt. Their many friends deeply sympathize with the family in this their sad bereavement. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.6 Kb
