Hart Passes Away A gloom of sadness was cast over our little town Friday morning when the news of the death of Mrs. J.T. Hart was flashed over the wires. Tho her death was not unexpected our hearts are grieved. Mrs. Hart has been in Asheville, N.C. for the past five weeks where she went hoping that the climate would improve her health. She has been a sufferer of tuberculosis for a number of years, spending a part of each year at some health resort. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Hunter, both deceased. She was married to Mr. J.T. Hart some ten or twelve years ago with whom she lived happily until her death. Her remains together with her baby girl who died a few days before her, were brought back and interred in the Howard cemetery Sunday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Jesse Ford, of Mauk. Mrs. Hart was not a member of any church but was a truly good woman. Tho a continual sufferer she always had a smile and a pleasant word for all. She was always ready and willing to help a friend or a good cause in any way that she could. The beautiful floral offerings which covered the casket showed the love and esteem of her many friends. She leaves a heartbroken husband, other relatives and scores of sorrowing friends to mourn their loss. This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/gafiles/ File size: 1.9 Kb
