She had been in feeble health for several months, but her death was very sudden and entirely unexpected even to her own family. She was a life long member of the Methodist church, one of the oldest inhabitants of our community, loved and respected by all who knew her. Too much cannot be said of her Christian character, as she led a life in humble submission to the will of her Master. The funeral services will take place today at 10 o’clock to be conducted by Rev. J.T. Adams, and her remains will be interred in the cemetery in Butler. She leaves a large number of friends and relatives to mourn their loss who have the sympathy of this community in this their sad bereavement. The deceased was about 60 years of age.
