L. and M.F. Rustin, was born May 13th, 1892 and departed this life on the same day of the same month 1894, this darling babe was called home to a more congenial clime, by Him who said: “Suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not.” She was from her birth a beautiful, bright sweet and patient child; even in her last illness she was remarkably quiet and bore her sufferings with patience. Oh! how sad when we realize that we must part with our loved ones; but God knows best, and doeth all things well. We extend to the bereaved parents our heartfelt sympathy. The little form was laid to rest in the family cemetery near Mt. Nebo church to await the resurrection morn. She has winged her flight To that land of light; Soared like the dove, To that home above. Like the opening bud of May, That blossoms in a single day; She came but passed from sight Ere the shadows of the night. We cannot help but weep, As the waters seem so deep; But while left alone in sadness, God becomes our joy and gladness. But God is just and kind, And in Him will surely find; That He is a friend in need And a friend in deed.
