Death Roll

Montfort

We are pained to record the death of Mrs. Helen Montfort, which sad event took 
place at the home of her husband in Reynolds on Thursday evening last, after a 
brief illness.  Mrs. Montfort was about 33 years of age and was formerly Miss 
Helen Moore, of Columbus.  She was a consistent member of the Baptist church 
and was loved by all who knew her.  She leaves besides a devoted husband 
several small children and many relatives and friends to mourn their loss.  Her 
remains were interred in the cemetery at Butler at noon on Friday, the funeral 
service being conducted by Rev. J.J. Farmer.
