Obituary in the Butler Herald 7 Jun 1898

On Tuesday last, Mar 31st at her home near Box Springs,
occurred the death of Mrs. J.L. Parker, an estimable
Christian lady and about 60 years of age. She was the
mother of Mrs. A.J. McGee of this city and has many
friends here to mourn her death.
