Wednesday, November 26, 1924 MRS. SOPHRONIA SAYLOR DIES NEAR MONTEZUMA, GA Mrs. Sophronia Saylor, 79, widow of the late J. J. Saylor, of Reynolds, Ga., died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. J. Harp, of Garden Valley. She had been in failing health for several months. Mrs. Saylor was a member of New Hope Primitive Baptist Church and her life was rich in Christian Service. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Robert Vinson, of Fort Valley; Mrs. Robert Williams, of Smithville; and Mrs. C. J. Harp, of Garden Valley; two sons, Henry Saylor, of Reynolds; and Robert Saylor, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and one sister, Mrs. Edward English, of Reynolds. Funeral services will be held Wednesday forenoon by Rev. Woodward, of Vienna. Interment will be in the Glover Cemetery. Sarah Sophronia Glover married John Jacob Saylor October 21, 1866 in Taylor Co., Ga. They both are buried in the Byrd-Glover Cemetery of Taylor Co., Ga. This cemetery is also refered to as Glover School House Cemetery, Glover Cemetery, and Byrd Cemetery. Contributed by John R. Adams
