Smith, was killed at 2 p.m. Friday when he ran after a puppy under a car being driven out of the family driveway by his father. The child was hidden from his father’s view by a station wagon parked nest to the truck. He was rushed to Montgomery Hospital here, but died shortly after arrival. The father is a druggist. Funeral will be at 4 p.m. today. Other survivors include four brothers, Allen, Wayne, Steve, and Todd, all of Butler; a sister, Edith, Butler; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. E.H.
