Mrs. Nancy Whatley

Friends in Taylor County and elsewhere will be grieved to learn of the death of
Mrs. Nancy Whatley, widow of James Whatley, deceased, which occurred at her home
in Daviston district at an early hour Tuesday morning.  She was one of the
oldest citizens of the county, being in the 82nd year of her age.  Surviving her
are five children, viz: Messrs. J.R. and L.S. Whatley, of this county, Mrs.
Julia Holeman, of Columbus; Mrs. Lizzie Bradshaw, of Thomaston; and Mr. Mat
Webster, of Texas.
