On account of the inclement weather, the funeral service was held at the house, conducted by Rev. H.L. Lumpkin and her remains were laid to rest in the Pine Level cemetery Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock. Mrs. Woodall was a good christian woman, having been a memkber of the Methodist church comparatively all her life and up until failing health prevented, she was ever faithful and loyal to her church and was never ashamed to praise the name of the Lord whom she said had been her daily companion since the death of her husband, Mr. John Woodall, some thirty years ago. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. It was this writers privilege and pleasure to have known Mrs. Woodall many years and it was always an inspiration to hear her talk of the Saviour's wonderful love and care and how she trusted him and she was ready to go whenever her Savior called and we believe she is asleep in Jesus, from which none ever wake to weep.
