Smith – Smith

The marriage of Miss Blanche Smith and Mr. Lois Smith occurred Wednesday 
afternoon of last week at the Mulberry Street Methodist parsonage, Macon, Rev. 
T.B. Ellis, pastor, presiding.  The couple was at the time visiting relatives 
and friends at Macon and decided to give their many Butler friends a surprise.  
They returned home Friday since which time they have received a shower of 
congratulations.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Smith.  She is one of Butler’s 
prettiest and most popular young ladies, while the groom is a promising young 
business man of the place.
