Horn, of Savannah. Miss Bivins was reared in this county where she has many friends who wish her much happiness. For some time she had held the position as telegraph operator at Bronwood, on the southwestern railroad and is one of the most deserving young ladies that ever left our community. Mr. Horn is a train dispatcher for the Central Railroad of Georgia and stationed at Savannah. He is said to be one of the first young men of the State.
