To any Judge, Justice of the Inferior Court, Justice of the Peace, or Minister 
of the Gospel.

    You are hereby authorized to join J. W. Meadows and Miss Mattie Worsham in 
the holy state of 
                             MATRIMONY
according to the Constitution and Laws of this State, and for so doing this 
shall be your sufficient License.

Given under my hand and official signature this 26th day of September 1894.

Additional Comments:
J. W. Meadows was the oldest son of Algin Walter Meadows and Georgia Roberts 
(daughter of William and Zilphey Roberts. I believe Mattie (Martha) Worsham to 
have been the daughter of James Daniel Worsham and Nancy Parks Barns. J. W. 
Meadows is buried in Cool Springs Cemetery on Sale City road in Colquitt County 
GA. Also buried there are Nancy Parks Barns Wisham/Worsham and Algin Walter and 
Georgia Roberts Meadows
