Georgia, Taylor County to any Judge Justice of the inferior Court Justice of 
the Peace you are hereby authorised to Join Andrew J. Rodgers and Mary W 
Roberts in the Holy State of matrimony according to the laws and Constitution 
of this State and for so doing this Shall be your Sufficient license given 
under my hand and official Signature this 8th day of December 1864

Georgia, Taylor County I do certify that that Andrew J Rodgers and and Mary W 
Roberts was duly Joined together in matrimony by me Dec 9th 1864

Additional Comments:
The errors are typed as they were on the ledger page. Mary W. (Winney) Roberts 
was the daughter of William and Zilphey Roberts. Andrew and Mary Rodgers/Rogers 
are buried in Prosperity Cemetery in Taylor County. Their descendants still 
live in Potterville and surrounding areas of Taylor County.
