This community (Crowell) was treated to a marriage of much surprise on Sunday 
afternoon March 12th.  The parties to this happy union were Mr. Tom Eubanks and 
Miss Katie Beeland.  They drove to the home of Hon. C.M. Lucas accompanied by 
only a few friends and found Judge Lucas ready to accommodate them.  After the 
ceremony they returned to the home of the bride for parental forgiveness which 
was freely extended.
