Reynolds, Ga., April 24, 1911

Miss Gladys Kirksey and Mr. John B. Amerson, of near New Prospect Church, were 
happily married on last Sunday afternoon at the home of the bride’s parents, 
Mr. and Mrs. Jasper Kirksey.  The ceremony was performed by Rev. Z.T. Weaver in 
his usual happy manner.  Quite a number of relatives and friends witnessed the 
ceremony, after which refreshments were served.

Gladys Kirksey is the daughter of William J. Kirksey
and Carrie Cleveland. Gladys was born in 1891. It is
an interesting tidbit to know that William J. was
known as Jasper.
