Layfield will be read with much interest by the hundreds of warm friends in the county of this excellent young man. Mr. Layfield is the eldest son of Mrs. J.T. Adams of this place. The announcement of his marriage was made in a letter received by his mother yesterday, which merely stated that on Sunday he married one of the finest girls in Alabama, Miss Dora Wright. Mr. Layfield is a popular conductor on the Central Railroad and is highly esteemed by the officials of the road and all the employees with whom he has been associated for years. He is an exceptionally fine young man and merits the confidence and esteem that is reposed in him. We know nothing of the young lady Mr. Layfield has selected for a life companion, but satisfied that he has made a wise selection. The bride and groom arrived in the city this morning and will spend a few days at the home of Rev. and Mrs. J.T. Adams. The Butler Herald Tuesday, December 5, 1911 Page Three Local Paragraphs Mr. and Mrs. W.M.
