Marriage by Ordinary

Just as the ordinary, A.H. Riley was beginning to fear he was losing his
popularity as a “marrying parson” he was invited by a well known couple in
Turner’s Chapel community to tie the Gordian knot and to partake of an elaborate
wedding feast that had been prepared, both occurring Sunday.  They were: Mr.
Simon H. Moore and Mrs. Mary Wainwright.  They have a large circle of friends to
offer them their best congratulations.
