Item 1st I hereby give to my beloved nephews John H. Williams twenty five acres each off of lot No. 192 in the 13th District of said Taylor County, Georgia. John H. Williams is to have the N.W. corner of the said fifty acres and Thomas F. Williams is to have the S.W. corner of said fifty acres and it is to be used by them during their life time and at their death it is to be the property of their children and if either of the above boys have no children at their death then 25 acres is to go to the other or his heirs as the property above described is strictly intended for the above two boys or their heirs and none else. Item 2nd My personal affects I want equally divided between my heirs. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand This 9th day of December 1907.
