Newsom and heir in the estate of Joshua Harris) of the County of Bosque and State of Texas have made constituted and appointed and by these presents do make constitute and appoint J.N. Harris of the County of Taylor and State of Georgia my true, sufficient and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead, to sign my name to all deeds and papers necessary to be signed in winding up the estate of Joshua Harris. R. Roberts on 25th of Sept 1899 covering (440) Four Hundred and Forty acres of land for the consideration of (4000.00) Four Thousand Dollars, contains the signature of all the children or heirs or parties, (or their duly authorized attorney) entitled to any share or interest in said estate of Joshua Harris deceased, or any interests distributes in said land so conveyed. That all of the heirs signed and executed the said deed, and there are no other heirs except those signing same; deponent further swears that all the children and heirs are Sui juris and that neither the said Joshua Harris nor said estate owes any debts.
