I, Sebastian C. Mauk of said county and state, being of sound
and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and
testament.

ITEM FIRST:  I give, bequeath and devise to my dear wife Sarah
E. Mauk, the whole of my property, both real and personal,
after the payment of my just debts, with all the interest and
claims of which I may die possed.

ITEM SECOND:  I hereby constitute and appoint my wife Sarah E.
Mauk, executrix of this my last will and testament.  This the
27th day of August 1886.

Sebastian C. Mauk

Signed, declared and published by Sebastian C. Mauk as his last
will and testament in the presence of us, the subscribers, who
subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator at
his insistance and request and of each other, he signing in our
presence and in the presence of other.
