Will Book A, Page 278 I, John L. Watson of Taylor County said State being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all other Wills heretofore made by me. Item One I desire and direct that my body be buried in decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstance and condition in life. Item Two I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without any unnecessary delay by my executor hereinafter named and appointed priority shall be given such payment to physicians bills funeral and similar expenses. Item Three I desire and direct that my executor shall have erected and shall pay for suitable tombstones or monuments over the graves of my father and my mother in the cemetery near Howard Georgia. Item Four I give bequeath and devise unto my brother Perry C. Watson of Taylor County Georgia all my real and personal property of every description whether now held by me or that my be held by me at the time of my death and all interest that I may have in or to any real or personal property of whatever kind or character whether now held by me or that my be held by me at the time of my death together with all the rights members and appurtenances unto the same in anywise appertaining or belonging free from all charge and limitation whatever and in fee simple to his own proper use benefit and behoof forever with full power to dispose of the same by will or otherwise as he may deem proper. Item Five I hereby constitute and appoint my said brother Perry C. Watson the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and I expressly confer upon him the power as such to administer my estate as provided by law. This 24th day of January 1912. John L. Watson Signed sealed declared and published by as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator after he had signed his name thereto and at his special instance and request and in the presence of each other. He died four days after his will was made on January 28, 1912. John is buried at Pine Level Cemetery in Taylor County, Ga. near his parents.
